Delete local vault and data

Delete directly in the app

1. Open and unlock Balanzo.
2. Tap the profile icon at the top right.
3. Choose “Delete local vault and data”.
4. Confirm permanent deletion.

This removes the local profile, password and PIN hashes, finance database, transactions, goals, Balanzo’s private receipt images, planning data, local AI session and AI consent choice from this device.

Server account and Shared Spaces

Deleting the local vault affects only this device. Also use Delete account in account settings to remove linked sign-in identities and active memberships. Owned Shared Spaces and open balances must be resolved first.

Outside the app

If you no longer have access to the device, contact privacy@balanzo.de. Do not provide financial data or credentials. Include only the app version, device and a short description of the deletion request.
